岗位职责

1、负责所辖区域的新客户开拓，客户信息的搜集；

2、定期拜访客户，销售公司产品；

3、与客户进行沟通，及时掌握客户需要，了解客户状态；

4、定期对客户档案进行分析、整理，提供销售分析数据；

5、接受客户投诉，妥善解决问题；

6、参与合同的谈判与签订。

7、处理客户质量投诉

任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，机械/汽车工程类专业；

2、5年以上销售行业工作经验，有客户经理工作经历者优先；

3、性格外向，具有较强的沟通能力和语言表达能力，较强的公关能力、应变能力和谈判能力；

4、具备良好的客户服务意识，良好的品牌及营销策划能力；

5、能适应长期出差。
