1. Buy and issue VAT invoices for headquarter and TG branch, operation and management VAT invoice system.

2. Fully in charge of accountant receivable booking and collection follow ups. Collect Declaration form for foreign currency AR and register on website of SAFE.

3. AR monthly report update, daily flash report update, make AR aging report and upload the AR and unbilled report to Sharepoint on time.

4. Customers card management and information maintenance in JDE.

5. In charge of all tax issue including duty, VAT, VAT tax refund, local tax withholding tax and CIT etc. for headquarter and branch company and document all the related documents.

6. In charge of the contracts record related tax and SAFE on time according the government rule. Responsible for the issues related SAFE.

7. Make proper accrual and amortized during the period end to make sure all cost/expenses are captured in the correct period.

8. Prepare the documents for quarterly P&L, BS review and SOX and reconciliation supporting documents on time.

9. In charge of the all the changes register of the government and bank for TG branch

10. Check and document the original documents and match with the voucher every month after the monthly closing within 5 working days.

11. Other jobs assigned by the Finance Manager on time
