POSITION SCOPE:
Support new / current product in supplier quality function.

POSITION PURPOSE: .
? Support Stamping & Fabrication category in supplier quality function, deal with supplier quality issue/ APQP / PPAP, supplier change management and support team for daily working.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Participates in supplier evaluation, selection, and strategic sourcing process development
? Responsible for the supplier corrective action process including containment, root cause analysis, and corrective action.
? Ensures suppliers use quality tools effectively.
? Works with supplier to ensure all product requirements are met.
? Oversees the supplier quality resources for new product introduction and current products to reduce supplier related issues, improve process capabilities, and ensure timely project launches.
? Responsible for determining if all requirements are met by the supplier for new or changed products.
? Measures supplier quality performance according to established procedures; drives appropriate improvements to meet established targets.

Education
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related curriculum required
Working experience
? Automotive background and 5 years working experience in supplier quality management at least, with working knowledge of PPAP, APQP & SPC, MSA, FMEA.
? Product and process knowledge for Stamping & Fabrication category.
? Familiar with GD&T skill to understand the drawing requirement.
Cultural/Language
? Good at English in written and daily communication;
? Familiar with automotive industry terminology
Other requirement
? Strong computer skills including the use of standard office software (MS Office preferred).
? Excellent communication skills.
? Travel Frequency≥20%
