Job Description
？ In charge of Total lub analysis related tools to develop customer orientation solutions and packs
？ In charge of customer experience center program / show room upon business needs
？ Transform and deploy global lub tools and projects (ANAC, easy grease, TIG 6) in Chinese market, leverage local initiative duplicated in other market and globally
？ Cooperate with marketing team to dig customer needs and relevant projects
？ Deploy global customer satisfaction projects on tech. function, including lub advisor, lub consult and etc.
？ Provide tech. advice for product mix improvement and marketing tools development
？ In charge of local initiatives on customer satisfaction related projects
？ Develop e-training programs to be consolidated into CRM program for both toB and toC portal
？ Closely communicate with relevant departments and deliver reports upon customer needs
？ Regular exchange with HQ & regional tech. and marketing team on new tech. & offers

Candidate Profile
？ Bachelor or above degree in chemical, automotive oil or related disciplines;
？ Minimum 5 years of and experienced in technical roles, Lubricants or Automotive industry is preferred;
？ Be familiar with China Automotive and lubricant market;
？ Good knowledge of lubricant technology, familiar with ANAC and other lubricant tools in the group, project management experience is a plus;
？ Able to work independently and under pressure, good communication skill and team work spirit; 
？ Willingness to work a flexible schedule and undertake business travel; 
？ Excellent both in oral and written English and Mandarin, well skilled in Office PC software and tools.
