Job Description:

-  Effectively advising / managing relevant general corporate and commercial legal issues,

   including but not limited to: general legal advice, laws & regulations, labor law, regulatory

   compliance issues relating to Forwarding/Logistics industry, contract law, marketing law, dispute

   settlement and handling governmental affairs involving legal issues.

-  Proactively cooperating with internal/external legal counsel on cases / projects.

-  Initiating and implementing contract management system at corporate level.

-  Proactively cooperating with internal/external legal counsel in implementation of risk management

   system.

 

Requirements:

-  Bechelor degree or above major in Law or relevant

-  5 or more years experience in corporate legal function, at least 3 years in managerial position

-  Familiarity and proficiency with Chinese law system and regulatory compliance framework, and dispute  

   settlement 

-  Proven record of corporate legal counsel experience

-  Experience in handling governmental affairs involving legal issues

-  Proficiency in English and mandarin, especially legal writing and communication
