职位描述
Establish and enhance SFE function with new promotion model in collaboration with supervisor
Develop and execute resource allocation plan by conducting customer segmentation (including lower-tier hospitals and online hospitals) and customer targeting in alignment with new promotion model
CRM and remote engagement channel enhancement (e.g. Veeva platform upgrade and CRM insights discovery)
Incentive roll out and finetuning in collaboration with region’s SFE/BI,
Sales performance monitoring (issue/opportunity finding and problem solving to drive sales performance)
SFE enhancement (Customer segmentation & targeting, and prioritization to optimize resource allocation)
Conduct patient journey analysis to identify potential market and visualize the changing area healthcare system (e.g. expanding toward lower-tier market and online hospitals channel)
Work with regions to form medical alliance networks for area patient management for coverage expansion
Customer segmentation and develop channel strategy with supervisor, and execute in collaboration with regions
Develop targeting strategy and customer prioritization, and FY21 resource allocation plan with supervisor
New HS BU re-organization
Support HSBU re-organization by executing new sales target, budget & FTE allocation and Incentive plan
Customer insight study and VOC workshop
Study and identify customer needs and gap to enhance customer engagement with new promotion model
Organize VOC workshop to develop action plan based on the learning from Customer insight study
Work with CEx to clarify new sales competency and develop training module (scientific oriented promotion, digital channel utilization, information coordinator, etc.)
Showcase best practices of hybrid engagement
Develop sales performance & SFE monitoring scheme
- Upgrade Veeva platform and CRM insight discovery
- Set KPIs and develop monitoring scheme with Sales Operation
Collaborate with Sales division and relative function to penetrate new promotion model
岗位要求:
Strategic, analytical and forecasting skills
Embrace environment change and well capture evolving customer needs
Strong communication with stakeholders in both English and Mandarin
Result oriented with sense of urgency
Highly competent in working effectively and respectfully with cross function team to accomplish specific business goals
Ability to manage projects in highly operational and dynamic environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in excel and power point
At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
At least 3 years of experience in sales
At least 3 years of experience in SFE or Sales Operation
Preferably with marketing and/or business intelligence experience
Successfully contributed to sales and business
