At Vitesco Technologies IT infrastructure we are currently facing something big. The transformation has already been started and needs to be continued in the Vitesco Technologies business. As Customer Relationship Manager, you are member of a global team and one of the main drivers of all upcoming IT infrastructure challenges and you act as interface towards internal customers. You play a major role in the continuous transformation of the IT landscape to the latest infrastructure technologies. You will support all regional, divisional and Cross Vitesco Technologies IT Competence Center infrastructure topics.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Act as first point of contact within Vitesco Technologies IT Infrastructure for all customers in the region
2. Proactively check and analyze existing solutions in cooperation with our customers and identify potential to improve by application of new technologies
3. Deliver input for consulting and prototyping organization based on customer needs
4. Gather, Identify and capture IT infrastructure demands from customers related to all Vitesco Technologies business unit and IT competence centers as well as Asian locations
5. Coordinate the consulting activities for internal customer to define right solutions
6. Support the customer to describe business demands and use cases
7. Support changes and continuous improvement of processes, communication and other activities to ensure the necessary infrastructure support in the other IT competence centers as well as Vitesco Technologies regions and locations.
1. Academic Degree in computer science, information technology or comparable
2. Several years of IT and Automotive experience
3. Experience IT Project Management
4. Very good knowledge about the Continental IT organization, IT & business processes
5. Know-how of state-of-the-art Infrastructure technologies as AWS and Azure Cloud
6. Experience and knowledge in quality development, project management, demand management appreciated
7. Communication, presentation and moderation skills on management level
8. Very good MS Office skills
9. Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
10. Perfect bilingual Chinese and English (spoken and written)
