岗位职责：

· Sourcing and set up the motor line equipment.

采购和设置电机生产线设备。

· Process and equipment expert and train related operator and technician.

作为工艺与设备的技术专家，培训相关的操作员和技术员。

· Continuous optimization of process and equipment on motor production line.

负责电机生产线工艺和设备的持续改进。

· Process development for new project and new product.

负责新项目与新产品的工艺开发。

· Collaborate with Germany expert team, update process technology and concept in VSEA TJ.

与德国专家团队协作，更新VSEA TJ工厂的相关工艺技术和概念。

任职要求：

·3 years and above experience in process and manufacturing technology.

3年以上生产工艺和技术领域相关工作经验。

·Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electrical or related education.

机械电气相关专业，本科以上学历。

·Automotive background knowledge, well known on IATF16949 concept and knowledge.

掌握汽车背景知识， 熟悉IATF16949体系和相关理念。

·Have the knowledge of lean and ergonomics concept.

具备精益生产和人体工程学概念相关知识。

·Good English on oral and written.
