Responsibilities:

• Lead the project of delivering Body Electronics/Active Safety/Driver Control/ADAS modules, ensure the project be delivered on time with quality per program required.

• Deliver Best in Class modules/features on time with optimized cost & weight; lead the design and validation of EESE UN Electronics modules like ECG/BCM/Long Range Antenna/Switches/ADAS module&radar and other commodities per required.

• Develop design to meet or exceed system & vehicle functional & feature & attribute targets.

• Execute the test on HIL, breadboard, vehicle and other benches, provide the test report.

• Work with closely with supplier/Global lead engineering team/JV (CAF/JMC) to support product launches and fix the issue in time with quality according to milestone deliverable

• Negotiate/SPOC with cross function team and supplier in English during parts development and issue fixing period, good communication skill needed.

• Lead in resolving issues to closure and manage design & engineering changes;

• Support all APQP activities and PPAP sign-off.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical & Electronics Engineering required;

• Minimum of 3 years design experience in Automotive electrical commodities;

• A combination of specialized technical skills in electrical commodities particularly BCM and related components/modules; and project management are required.

• Experience in developing BCM based features is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of electrical circuit design and Software development;

• Knowledge of CAN protocol and system level testing;

• Experience in component /system design verification process and test planning/execution

• Experience in problem solving and issue investigation

• Experience in Quality/Reliability process including Design FMEA, Process FMEA, Control plan and 8D (or similar problem solving methods);

• Good English skills in writing, reading, listening and speaking.
