1. Identify customer requirement related with technical and process, assessment and process design with team

2. Leading for ECR management, Coordinate the ECR with the customer and within the organization; Introduce the ECR according to the schedule. 

3. Maintenance the BOM according to receive information from customer.

4. Generate and up to date all process documents and related technical documents. Including WI, STD work, and related technical document, including POKAYOYE list, Assessment file, training document and so on for painting line.

5. Work closely with customer representatives and project team to insure that customer requirement is fulfilled

6.  Working for process design and line modification of new project and new ECR  together with team

7. Participate for continues improvement of production line (productivities, quality, SHE, energy, ...)

8. Parameter definition and controlling together with team for fulfill customer requirement

9. Assure the application of the SHE aspects in the area of responsibility and conduct the SHE job function in the belonging team.

10. Technical support for other departments.

11. Other assignments given by the management.

    12. Ensure job requirements for safety, health and environment, as well as legal compliance are fulfilled.

任职资格：

1. Bachelor’s degree in an mechanical discipline.

2. Familiarity with personal computing software (i.e. Ms word, ms excel, ms project, ms powerpoint.).

3. Familiarity with CAD OR CATIA software

4. Bilingual in chinese and English

5. Knowledge the ECR management and skillfully operate in the SAP system

6. Know IATF 16949/ ISO 14001/OHSAS18001

7. More than 5 years working experience on engineering in automobile industry.
