Activities
1. Work with HSEQ team to achieve annual safety and efficiency target; support supervisor to develop Logistics operation and safety standard and criteria based on Chinese rules & regulations and TOAP requirements.
2. Responsible for orders management, in charge of transportation from warehouse to customer, manage and monitor delivery order process to secure high order delivery timely and intactly.
3. Partake in monthly stock-taking.
4. Control logistics cost in line with a reasonable level.
5. Prepare report for the status of transportation, help to evaluate vendors of related logistics performance monthly, partake in vendors management meeting.
6. Maintain logistics data and processes appropriately in system for assigned transportation providers.
7. Help to pursue continuous improvement transportation work manual.
8. Assistant with supervisor to manage and maintain high service levels to customer at competent transportation cost through developing and supervising the whole logistics system and process.

Qualifications / experience required
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics;
2. At least 3 years working experience with international oil chemical companies in transportation
3. Analytical thinking and sensibility to dissect and solve transportation problems, with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Good Communication skills, ability to lead by influence, convincing skills.
5. Persistent in innovation with a passion.
6. High business ethics.
7. Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking, strong skills in ERP system and Ms Office (Excel; Access; PowerPoint; etc.)
