职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Training and Education
? Develops a systematic training program to support the production team in achieving the individual targets aimed at delivering the specified Service Level Agreements at all times.
? Ensures that the relevant training materials are always kept updated
? Conducts system and process training as required by the business needs (new hires training, refresher courses, cross-training, etc) in conjunction with the team schedules on the floor.
? Responsible for the creation and execution of a development program within CS Process to ensure end-to-end process competence of high-performers
Responsible for Competency Measurement
? Develops a yearly Competency Measurement program within CS Process to monitor the staff competency level in their respective process on a regular basis during the year
? Encourages colleagues to improve their working knowledge by self learning, on job coaching and E-learning.
Responsible for assisting in systems implementation, testing and issue resolution of existing global Maersk systems (i.e. GCSS, MARS, MDWS, etc)
? Test the system's new functionalities in pre-production environment; provide test result and feedback to CEN.
? Arrange system implementation training, ensure that the production team properly guided.
Assists the Service Improvement Manager stakeholder management in ensuring execution of relevant process quality improvements within CS Process Department in order to achieve the set SLA's, KPI's and department targets related to quality and competence management
? Provides prompt assistance and resolution on issues or queries by both internal (production team) and external stakeholders (country/clusters) relating to existing global Maersk systems (i.e. GCSS, MARS, MDWS, etc)
? Ensures timely and proper escalation of issues or queries related to existing global Maersk systems (i.e. GCSS, MARS, MDWS, etc)
Team Management / People Management :
? Coordinates closely with Cluster Team Managers and production leaders to identify training needs/gap, schedule refreshment training in a timely manner, help production team familiar with the system and process.
? Exchanges ideas and shares the training materials with other GSC and Country/Cluster.

Position Specifications:
Education and Experience
? University graduated or bearing similar professional qualification in the same or related field
? Minimum 4 years relevant experience in the CS Process or shipping industry or similar field.
? Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
? Preferably Greenbelt certified
? Professional training skill.
Technical Skills:
? Excellent command of spoken and written English.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to build good working relationship (internal and external).
? Leadership skills.
? Time management skills: multi-tasking and prioritizing, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high level goals.
? Ability to prepare effective reports (brief including important elements).
? Capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas, support positive changes.
? Be able to focus on quality, monitor tasks to ensure team's high-quality outputs, correct quality issues and inform management on quality achievement periodically.
? Excellent working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Good knowledge of CS Process within the liner and transportation industry
? Good working knowledge of the integration of service delivery and process excellence nature in the BPO industry
? Effective coaching to team members in daily production
