Job description:
- coordinate in setting up project/operation center
- Establish the operation team
- got the alignment with business team about the support strategy and budget
- in charge of process training
- Process clean up and update, Project management, Business Analysis.
- To help the Business Revenue/Margin ramp up fast, and ensure call center system operation and security.
- New Hire Training, ensure new staff start to work soon
- Team monitoring, to find out the shortage of process, create the process database for training or analysis use.
- Onside coach when find individual problem, organize group training if find common problem
- Quarterly training plan and schedule design
- Order entry processes clean up and update by each product line (Industry Standard Server, Storage Workstation Division, Business Critical Server, etc).
- Order entry processes clean up and update by business model (Direct order, Indirect order, Channelize order).
- Special case one by one support and trouble shooting.
Business Analysis
- Quarterly discussion and Analysis, then split by week
- Daily call performance report export from system;
- Monthly performance report, opportunity report management.
Program Management
- process-system maintain and transaction coordination,
- Office site expansion management
Technical Skills:
· Excellent command of spoken and written English.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to build good working relationship (internal and external).
· Leadership skills.
· Time management skills: multitasking
and prioritizing, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and
high level goals.
· Ability to prepare effective reports (brief including important elements).
· Capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas, support positive changes.
· Be able to focus on quality, monitor tasks to ensure team's highquality
outputs, correct quality issues and
inform management on quality achievement periodically.
· Excellent working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Good knowledge of CS Process within the liner and transportation industry
· Good working knowledge of the integration of service delivery and process excellence nature in the BPO
industry
· Technical skills in understanding and developing macros, programs, etc is preferred.
o Master ASP.NET/C# and can use Visual Studio 2008 or Visual Web Developer to maintain and develop
website according to our business requirement.
