Job Summary

l ？ Assisting DC manager to manage DC routine work to guarantee the SOP implementation and the service level to stores.

l ？Assisting DC manager to make continuous improvement of LSP/TSP's daily work in terms of Accuracy, Efficiency and Delivery.

KPI:

ü DC Picking Accuracy: 99.9%

ü CW stock accuracy: 99.99%

ü Picking On-time rate: 98%

ü Store claim settlement on-time rate: 90%

ü On-time delivery rate: 95%

ü Store satisfaction degree: 90%

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

l ？ Fully understand the whole DC process and concept of Metro China

l ？ Track system data and follow up immediately

l ？ Monitor and coach 3rd party logistics service provider daily operation (goods receiving, distribution and problem solving) to ensure the standard process and KPI success.

l ？ Coordinator with internal and external partners to make sure the smooth operation of the DC distribution

l ？ Work closely with suppliers/METRO stores to smooth the whole distribution process

l Monitor loading operation and correct non-compliance behavior

l Check the transportation report and push the delivery.

l Solve store GR issues

Qualifications

Education:

l ？ Degree holder above(preferred with Supply chain and logistics background)

Experience:

l Prefer with Supply chain and logistics background and at least 3 years relevant working experience

Skills and Competencies:

l ？ Familiar with WMS, TMS, or SAP.

l ？ Good at Excel, Word, basic PowerPoint

l ？ Good communication skills and analytical capability

l ？ Self-confidence, reliability, self-motivated and hardworking

l ？ Problem identifying and resolving skills

l Be a good team player

l ？ Be fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) , English is a plus
