Position: Regional Sales Manager/Engineer (f/m)
职位：区域销售经理/工程师

Main responsibilities:
销售组织的发展，包括销售范围结构、销售工程师以及代理网络，完成销售任务
Develop sales organization incl. structure of sales territory, sales engineer and agent network to achieve sales targets

领导或支持区域销售工程师的工作
To lead or support regional sales engineers

识别并取得在自己管理区域内的所有关键账户，包括创建组织系统图，建立与关键人物的良好关系，选择合适的工件与应用，分析竞争公司，创建计划
Identify and approach all key accounts in the own sales territory, including creating organization chart, building up relationship with the key persons, defining suitable work pieces and applications, analyzing competitors, creating plan

密切跟进项目并与其他部门合作
Close follow up on projects in co-operation with other departments

为市场战略和产品开发提供市场反馈
To provide market feedback for marketing strategy and product development

组织销售活动，提供建议
Organize sales activity and provide suggestions

Qualification:
机械专业本科学历
Bachelor's degree in mechanical

2~5年以上机床销售工作经验
2~5 years’ experiences in machine tool sales

熟练英语读写说水平
Good command of written and spoken English

具有领导团队的能力/独立工作能力
Has the ability to lead the team or work independently
