Position: Application Engineer/ 应用工程师

Main responsibilities:
根据用户问询， 准备车床/ 磨床切削方案和报价
Part machining proposal study by turning or grinding machines for customers’ inquiries, cycle time/cutting parameters calculation, technical proposal discussion with customer, technical co-ordination for the project fulfillment

夹具和刀具选型，项目实施阶段技术协调
Fixture and tooling layout design or selection, technical co-ordination for the project fulfillment

了解用户技术要求，并和用户交流技术方案
Communicate with customer for technical requirements, and discuss technical solutions with customer

协助产品技术研讨会, 进行技术展示
Support product technical seminar and technical presentations

与德国技术部门进行项目方案沟通和交流
Co-ordinate with Germany technology team for project solution

部门主管交待的其它事情
Other department engineering task

Qualification:

机械相关专业毕业
College degree in Mechanical Engineering

在加工工具行业有3年以上经验
More than 3 years’ experience in machining tool industry

拥有跨国公司工作经验将优先考虑
Several years of professional experience in an international company is an advantage

具备车床或磨床的机械知识
Knowledge of Mechanical for turning machine or grinding machine;

能够使用基本的电脑软件(MS OFFICE, CAD, 其他2D/3D软件等)
Skill in the information technology basics (MS Office-package, AUTOCAD software or other 2D/3D software);

能够提出交钥匙解决方案的建议
Knowledge of turnkey solution proposal will be highly valued

具备汽车零件加工过程的经验
Wide experience for automobile part machining process will be highly valued

普通话与英语听说能力良好
Besides the Chinese mother tongue (Mandarin) a good command of the English language written and spoken is required

良好的沟通技巧以及团队协作精神
Excellent communication skills with strong team work spirit

能接受出差
Availability of sometimes traveling
