Objectives and responsibilities

- End-to-end responsibility for specified development projects

    

- 负责终端到终端的指定的开发的项目

    

- Develop new product, produce solution, drawings and documents of products and responsible for all the communication, following up, coordination for issues in the process from purchasing to aftersales

    

- 开发新产品, 生成产品技术方案、图纸及技术文件，负责产品从采购到售后的一切问题的沟通、推进、协调

    

新产品的开发：

    

- Improve existing product document include solution, drawing, documents, contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing channel, product performance, productivity and quality

    

- 改进现有产品设计方案、图纸、工艺文件，持续优化供应渠道、提高产品生产性能、生产效率和质量

    

- Cooperation and communication with headquarters in Germany on development of new product

    

- 与德国总部合作开发新产品与技术沟通

    

- Drive innovation

    

- 推动创新

    

- Assure compliance to all relevant domestic/international regulations/standards/norms as well as to product safety and quality requirements

    

- 确保符合所有相关国内/国际法规/标准/规范以及对产品安全和质量的要求

    

- Actively searching/providing the best-in-class technologies among our local and international competitors

- Protecting our innovations and knowledge through patent applications, utility models and design patents

Skills / qualifications / knowledge

    

技能/学历/

    

- A master or bachelor university degree in engineering (i.e. mechanical) or equivalent

    

- 工程硕士或本科学位（机械类）或同等学历

    

- A minimum experience of 4 years in R&D

    

- 至少有4年的研发经验

    

- Knowledge of R&D processes and organization

    

- 具备研发流程和组织的知识

    

- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical product design and manufacture, hydraulic or fluid systems

    

- 掌握机电产品设计与制造、液压或流体系统知识

    

- Knowledge of CAD systems like Solid Works and/or AutoCAD is highly recommended as well as experience with a PDM system

    

- 熟练掌握CAD和PDM，例如Solid Works 和AutoCAD

    

- Be familiar with machining process and programing for CNC

    

- 熟悉机械加工工艺及CNC编程

    

- Competence in app development is preferred

- Knowledge of quality management

- Knowledge of HVAC application and products helpful but not mandatory
