岗位职责：
1、核算公司月度工资及绩效奖金，能够按时完成并保证准确性；
2、员工个税、社保、公积金相关业务办理，及时解答员工薪酬福利方面的各类问题；
3、负责公司员工的入离职办理、员工信息、档案、合同签订等；

4、绩效考核数据的采集和访谈；
5、其他薪酬福利人事等相关工作，完成上级安排的各项工作。
岗位要求:
1、大专以上学历，二年以上薪酬绩效相关工作经验，社保福利保险等实操经验；
2、熟悉国家及地方相关法律法规、劳动人事及薪酬福利政策；

3、EXCEL操作熟练，对数据敏感；
4、细心、耐心，思路清晰、正直敬业，良好的沟通能力和执行力；
5、有国际货代或电商薪酬绩效从业经验优先考虑。
