Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Be responsible for recruitment including job posting, sourcing,  CV screening, interview arrangement, interview evaluation, reference check, etc.;
• Work with hiring managers on hiring decisions;
• Manage recruiting channels;
• Prepare recruiting reports.

Monthly payroll calculation and distribution.

Contribution of social insurance, housing fund, individual income tax, etc.

Attendance management.

Monthly reports.

Employee activities: Organize all kinds of employee activities, such as annual party, outing, birthday party, kids’ Day event, etc.

Foreign affairs:  Be responsible for invitation letter, work permit, residence permit, visa, etc.

Support on HR daily operation.

Other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Qualifications：

·         Bachelor’s degree or above.

·         More than 1-year recruitment and payroll relevant working experience. Medical industry experience is preferred. Manufacturing background is a plus.

·         Fluent English.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Familiar with popular office software.
