职位描述
Duty:
Responsible for overall operation management in china.
Responsible for the P&L for china.
Develop and implement business strategy, annual plans and budgets for China operations.
Set up the annual budget of investment, expenses and sales target according to the headquarter's requirements.
Develop and improve operational effectiveness.
Improve supply chain management to ensure the on-time delivery with high quality.
Effectively communication with headquarter and related organizations/persons in China.
Initiate, develop and maintain executive level relationships and drive sales activities with key customers.
Develop sales strategy and goals.
Organize and coach the sales team and lead them to achieve the goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
More than 10 years working experience of mechanical/equipment products in Auto industry
More than 5 years management experience of sales/marketing in senior level
Solid experience of customer development and maintenance
Good knowledge of technical drawings
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong sense of responsibility
Proficient in English and German is preferred
