Job Summary

Recruitment Analytics Specialist will be responsible for the recruitment analytics productions delivery, provide insights that guide decision, and boost recruitment initiatives, etc. Partner with GC Recruiting leaders to solve business problems with recruitment and other HR/business/market data. Deep understanding of recruitment process and metrics, and conduct data analytics to draw valuable and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

·         Be responsible for recruitment dashboard and report delivery, timely adjust to meet new business requirement independently

·         Assist GC recruiting leads on recruitment initiatives, by transforming and analyzing data to deliver actionable results to enhance recruiting efficiency, cost effectiveness, sourcing channel optimization, etc.

·         Improve existing recruitment analytics productions by re-design/co-design, manage the delivery of hiring dashboards for specific business groups

·         Continuously shorten the report processing time by automation methods and support recruitment offline tool upgrade and maintenance

·         Visualize existing and newly designed reporting and PowerPoint

·         Collaborate with other HR analytics team on end-to-end HR dashboard delivery and enhancement

·         Bridge recruiting leads and global CoE team, assist on recruitment system/data flow query, standard procedure, metrics definition when needed

·         Capture right data, analyze and present meaningful data for recruitment team and business to support business insight and outcome

Qualifications

·         At least 5 years HR/HR Shared Service experience, including 2 years reporting and analytics experiences

·         Recruiter background or experience is preferred

Professional Skill Requirements

·         Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively

·         Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

·         Be flexible, think and work analytically in a problem-solving way

·         Expert in Microsoft office, especially in Excel automation solution, e.g. formula, pivot table/chart, VBA

·         Proficient in reporting and presentation visualization design

·         Familiar with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, R, Python, SAS or SPSS as a plus
