Position overview:

Responsible for the office environment and EHS, administration strategy execution & communicating, both standard process and procedures required to be built. As Admin Officer, you will collaborate with HR team to offer support to all departments in the company

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage office daily and regular administrative operation, such as environmental control and maintenance, office supply and vendor management, facility maintenance and security measures, annual party organization etc.
• Support HR team on all required administrative work tasks and support.
• Support CEA communication manager on deployment of communication messages, tools and events.
• Support China CSR coordinator on CSR event promotion and organization.
• Manage 3-party staff to support office payment process on top of administrative work.
• Other supports requested on ad-hoc basis.

SKILLS & EDUCATION

• Bachelor Degree or above in relevant majors.
• 3 - 5 years relevant experience in office administration in multi-national company, HR administrative work experience is a plus.
• Strong organizing and planning skills and ability to set priorities and anticipations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, high team-work spirit. Sense of urgency
• Able to work under pressure and handle emergency and fast turnaround situations.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
