Job description
Disciplinary management of a team of employees from the system / software area in the high-voltage electronics segment in Shnaghai
Planning of personnel requirements and provision of resources for projects
Recruiting processes and personnel selection in the responsible group
Plan and deploy employees according to their tasks and suitability as well as actively promote technical and professional training and development and implement them in accordance with the personnel development processes
Technical examination and review of work results in the system and software area
Responsibility for compliance with specifications from applicable development processes and standards in the team
Reporting and continuous optimization and improvement of the processes in the organizational unit, including the interfaces to the projects and development disciplines of the segment and to other partners in relevant departments
Review of compliance with specifications and planning of the projects responsible, reporting to the responsible management and initiating corrective measures in the event of deviations
Participation in projects and in particular acquisitions in the high-voltage electronics segment
Support in defining the segment's strategy and products as well as accompanying relevant pre-development projects outside of one's own segment
Interdisciplinary and cross-departmental collaboration with colleagues from systems, hardware, software and test
Required qualifications
Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, engineering, computer science, etc.
Strong analytical thinking skills and systematic way of working without losing sight of the essentials
At least 7 years of professional experience in the field of systems and / or software engineering in the development of automotive electronics components. Desirable: Experience with high-voltage components
Experience in creating system and software work products such as Software components, system and software requirements, system architectures and the associated project management
Willingness to familiarize yourself with complex subject areas
Independent and goal-oriented way of working and pronounced communication skills and confident demeanor
Proficient in English
Desirable qualifications
Experience in the embedded and automotive environment
Expertise in the areas of hybrid / electric vehicles, electric drives, security and monitoring concepts
Good knowledge of project management
Good knowledge of leadership
Intercultural experience is an advantage
