Key Responsibilities

- Manage social contents with agency across brands digital channels, WeChat, Red book, Weibo, Douyin, INS ,Facebook, Dianping, to increase brand love and strengthen brand desirability.

- Collaborate with internal (village MKT…) and external (agency, partners…) team to roll out precision media and build best practice

- Ensure KPIs achievement defined for each platforms (awareness, fans recruitment, impression…) include but not limit to follower recruitment and data collection& analysis.

- Prepare social team related tracking reports.

- Support necessary finance paper work, such as recording PO/Contract/Payment, Gift card and AP balance clearing.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor degree or above in relevant field of learning.

- At least 1 years working experience in Social Marketing. (4A agency are preferred.)

- Highly-initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, team player;

-Detail-oriented, energetic, passionate, self-motivated and supportive thinking;

- Respect to deadline and willing on over-time duty working;

- Excellent both in oral and written English and Mandarin, well skilled in Office PC software and tools
