REQUIREMENT:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

· At least 6 years professional experience in air transport operations with around 4 years relevant management / supervisory, and familiar with the air market price.

· Good airline connections and relationship

· Rich knowledge of air product, able to take the leadership to handle emergent cases, good at communication with overseas to solve problems.

· Abel to guide the team to coordinate with other teams for daily operation needs travel required.

· Fluent in English, Mandarin and local languages.

· Strong management skill, human relations and communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Good skill of interpersonal relationship.

· Creativity and innovation.

· Management Skill.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Summary 

  

• To ensure optimization of corporate revenue through the smart vendor sourcing and daily consol plan management.

• To deliver the suitable and tailor-made solutions to our potential customer who required complex logistics solutions. And respond to the RFQ/RFI from potential customers.

 

    1. Selects, trains, develops and motivates a staff of employees and administers an annual operating budget.

    2. Monitors flight load plans terminal traffic generation to achieve the highest revenue possible by utilizing maximum aircraft space.

    3. Determines space allocations based on local market demands and yield contributions.

    4. Instructs employees with/on methods to instill a service-conscious attitude, and minimize service failures in order to ensure service commitments are met.                                                                              

    5. Maintains contact with customers (internal and external) with regard to conditions affecting service levels.

    6. Determines service needs of the responsible territory in support of regional coordinated team effort in service and revenue maximization.

    7. Assists senior management with communication and implementation of traffic service requirements and issues for the responsible territory.

    8. Manages load prioritization and space allocation.

    9. Maintains all required reports/paperwork, payroll, performance reviews, MBO, and personnel records through established paperwork guidelines.

  10. Ensures compliance with system allocation policy and process to meet sales and operational service requirements.
