职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Manage Tmall & JD marketplace and platform to improve sales; Work with stakeholders(TP:buyquickly) to explore additional marketplaces.
2.Manage performance of Paid traffic , Retargeting Channels, Social Media programs(mini program etc). Responsibilities include reporting, tools and processes needed optimize these channels.
3. Manage the daily operations of e-commerce activities for the business, including B2C platform: Tmall & JD and multivariate testing initiatives to improve click rate and conversion rate , and promotional strategies that include calendars and pricing strategies across e-commerce segments to drive business objectives.
4. Contribute merchandise strategy to Tmall & JD platforms to meet the requests of platform events or resources.
5.Lead the development and discovery process of e-commerce initiatives to increase revenue as well online brand awareness, ensuring appropriate messages are used in campaigns across digital channels.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure that Tmall and JD activities positively impact performance of the business, identifying and analyzing key performance metrics to serve as the e-commerce dashboard for business reporting to be shared with management, and use it as a tool to drive strategic decisions regarding user behavior, opportunities, and trends, through various web analytics tools.
7. Maintain excellence in e-commerce and digital media; keep current with new technologies with a focus on understanding and supporting digital strategies within the organization.
8. Manage, drive and ensure effective engagement of all cross-functional team members, especially TP company.
9. Participate and contribute to Digital Marketing team initiatives and effectively manage relationships and garner cross-functional team support.
10.Ensure output of direct reports is accurate and meets required criteria; provide ongoing coaching and development to team.
11.Regular TP company onsite attendance.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in E-commerce business.
2.At least 6 years of similar working experience in fashion retail industry and Marketing related field is preferred.
3.Expert knowledge of all aspects involved in online search, display, retargeting, and social media marketing, affiliate marketing, e-commerce.
4.Strong organizational skills, time management and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5.Highly organized with strong ownership & passion for the brand.
6.A self-motivated individual with good communication skill.
7.Team worker with good interpersonal skills in order to be the ambassador of the image of the brand in the stores.
8.Proactive and problem solving attitude.
9.English writing & speaking(medium level required).
