该职位作为诊断治疗领域专家，是KOL与研发、市场、销售或公司内部其他部门沟通的桥梁。

1. 具有战略思维和跨团队合作意识，精通领域临床知识、临床研究信息及产品知识，理解临床需求，收集KOL洞见，负责制定前瞻性医学策略，并围绕策略核心制定活动和项目计划；
2. 临床研究相关资料的撰写及医学数据的审核，并支持临床研究的执行；
3. 负责相关专业领域中KOL的开发、发展与管理，与KOL建立学术合作项目，并负责项目内容设计、沟通以及管理；
4. 持续更新及学习领域知识，输出前沿医学信息，转化为客户导向的学术内容。

    

任职条件

1）临床医学、肿瘤学相关生物医学专业，博士或硕士学历；有临床背景优先；

2）良好的分析能力和策略性思维，以结果为导向；

3）愿意接受挑战，快速学习能力；

4）有临床科研设计背景并发表 SCI 文章经验者优先；

5）良好的沟通能力。
