Principal duties:

- Arrange the physical inspection of engineers and inspectors; 安排质量工程师、质检员进行实物检验；
- Train the engineer and inspector to do the source inspection and supplier improvement; 培训质量工程师以及质检员进行原料检验以及供应商改善；
- Monitor the quality control of critical project/part, ensure the part meet ATC requirement; 对关键项目及关键部件的质量控制进行监控，以确保符合安德里茨的标准；
- Involve in product and process technology; 产品及加工工艺的监控；
- Make sure the sourcing inspection, parts/ product inspection are done in accordance with the QMP or PO requirement; 确保质量检验符合QMP以及订单要求；
- Monitor supplier quality control process(7 steps) are implemented by group members; 确保小组成员按照质量管理流程标准进行质量检测；
- Make sure all deviation are handled and all checked parts are released; 确保所有有误差的东西都被处理，还有所有已经检验的零件已经系统释放
- Get feedback on quality issue from erection and commissioning jobsite , make the corrective and preventive action; 当收到质量问题反馈时，提出处理意见和预防措施；

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above; 本科以上学历；
- Have welding engineer certificate, know ASME pressure vessel code, NDT VT/PT/MT/UT/RT level 2; 具有焊接工程师资格证，掌握ASME压力容器规范，试压标准，NDT VT/PT/MT/UT/RT 2级证书；
- Good at Auto CAD, MS office; 掌握运用Auto CAD以及一般办公软件；
- Good English (writing and speaking); 良好的英语口语及书面能力；
- 5 years experiences of welding in machining, manufacturing area; 5年以上在机械制造行业的焊接及质检经验；
- Willing travel outside, good cooperation attitude, willing commit and manage people. 愿意出差，良好的沟通及管理能力。
