Job Summary/Purposes

工作概要/目的

The Assistant Store Manager has the ability of promoting brand loyalty to customers in

the luxury goods sector, in order to guarantee the quantitative and qualitative objectives

assigned. He/she represents the Company and acts as a representative of the Store

Manager ensuring the implementation of all directions received from the Retail

Department and Store Manager.

? Is constantly up-to-date regarding fashion trends, knows and monitors competitors and communicates this information to the Sales Staff.

持续关注最新的时尚趋势,了解竞争品牌的信息,并与员工分享沟通。

? Reflects the corporate image in terms of standing and ensures that the Staff is also aligned.

确保自身及员工符合公司的要求,体现公司形象。

? Supports the Store Manager in guaranteeing excellent customer welcome and service and in maintaining the qualitative standards required by our brand.

协助店铺经理确保在迎宾、接待客人等环节提供优质的客户服务,达到品牌所要求的质量标准。

? Supports the Store Manager in reporting all significant information to the

Area Manager.

协助并支持店铺经理向区域经理汇报所有信息。


Customer management and CRM

客户关系管理


? Personally manages all critical situations regarding customer complaints and

after-sales service.

亲自处理所有与客户投诉及售后服务相关的棘手问题。

? Promotes customer loyalty.

维护客户的忠诚度。

? Coordinates the management of Top clients as well as VIPs with the Store

Manager.

协助店铺经理管理重要客户及VIP客人。


Store Staff

店铺员工


? Supports the Store Manager in building the team and coordinating the activities in order to make sure that team members are always motivated and competent.

协助店铺经理构建团队并协调员工工作,不断激励团队并确保每个团队成员都是积极且具备该职位要求的能力水平。

? Ensures professional growth and training of the staff, sharing development plans with the Store Manager.

确保培训和提升员工的专业水平,与店铺经理共同承担员工的发展规划。

? Supports the Store Manager and Department Managers in the definition of quantitative and qualitative objectives and ensures they are achieved by analysing results, verifying monthly activities and setting up yearly assessments.

协助店铺经理及部门经理制定定性定量指标,并通过分析销售业绩、月度活动评估及年度评估等方式确保指标的达成。

? Prepares the Store Planning and submits it to the Store Manager for approval.

筹备店铺工作计划并与店铺经理达成一致。

? Manages the Department Managers and supports them in their activities.

管理部门经理并支持他们的工作。

? Make sure that internal procedures are followed.

确保遵守内部工作流程。

? Ensures that the Store image and product care are in line with corporate

standards and that the Staff is made to feel responsible to maintain these standards .

确保店铺形象及货品护理符合公司标准,确保员工对维护该标准具有责任感。

? Knows in depth all the products for each category.

深入了解所有品类的货品。


Visual

视觉陈列

? Ensures that the Store windows are always in good order and prepares product display strictly complying with the Company directions and following the indications provided by the Store Manager.

确保店铺橱窗符合公司要求、店内物品陈列严格按照公司指导和店铺经理的指引进行货品陈列。


Stockroom

库房


? Optimises stockroom management in order to make sure that stocks are stored as efficiently as possible in terms of sales, in collaboration with the stockroom staff.

优化库房管理,通过与库房同事的合作以确保库存管理尽可能有效的支持销售。

? Supervises and reports any discrepancies to the Store Manager.

管理仓库,及时向店铺经理汇报任何异常情况。

? Verifies the correct rotation of goods in the stockroom.

监管核实库房货品的正确流转。

? Provides the Stationary orders with the contingent Stock support.

管理常规和非常规的存货订单。

? Supports the Store Manager in the management of all activities connected with

year-end, sector and rotation stock takes by product category.

协助店铺经理=管理所有类别货品的年终盘点、品类盘点和周转中的库存情况。


Procedures

? Takes any measures to guarantee the care of all valuable products and materials in the store, in cooperation with the Stock Manager.

协助仓储经理,采取一切必要措施保证店内及库房中货品和其他贵重物品的安全。

? Liaises with the Store Manager to report and manage any loss (thefts of

products, money, etc.).

如有任何损失(货品或钱财等遭窃),及时与店铺经理沟通和汇报并处理。

? Liaises with the Store Manager to train the Store Staff to prevent losses and thefts.

与店铺经理共同培训员工以避免盗窃和损失。。


Reporting

汇报


? Provides and analyses the main reports in terms of sales, products, staff

performances, CRM and Stock.

提供并分析销售、货品、员工绩效、客户关系管理和库房的主要报告。

? Supports the Department Manager the reporting activity.

支持部门经理汇报工作。
