We have a long standing partnership with a leading American medical device/Healthcare company, and as part of growth with this client whilst implementing the next generation solution, a new requirement for Onsite Recruiter has become available. This role will be based in Pudong New Area, Shanghai.

Purpose:
This is a client facing role where you will be interacting and working closely with senior stakeholders and building strong candidate engagements. As such, we are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and a credible individual who takes accountability, acting as a trusted advisor – competent in delivering seamless solutions, and confident in managing sound client relationships and expectations.
You will be responsible for and managing requisitions by forging close partnerships and driving innovative sourcing strategies and other initiatives to help the client attract and retain the best talents.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels
- Lead vacancy consultation discussions with and develop excellent relationships with Hiring Managers, advising upon recruitment plans which include role requirements, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process.
- Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirements
- Develop and support the sourcing strategy for each role/business unit and agree the strategy with hiring manager
- Talent attraction and candidate identification
- Proactively source (identify) candidates utilising a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites) utilising Channel Activation Matrices or other directions as appropriate. Employ innovative techniques to identify elusive talent in the market
- Responsible for candidate relationship management, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying candidate experience throughout their recruitment journey
- Producing timely and accurate activity and management information reporting
- Support and advise accordingly upon Hiring Manager’s decisions and offer proposals
Qualifications and Requirements:
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Demonstrated recruiting background preferably in Life Sciences, Pharma or medical devices
- Worked with, and presented to and solved issues for clients and candidates
- Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent stakeholder management and candidate experience skill
- Experience working with remote/regional teams
- Agility working in a fast-moving and vibrant setting, and in a highly mobilised team.
