Work contents and responsibilities

    

·Develop and implement specific warehouse logistics solutions, guide and standardize operations, and ensure their normal operation.

    

拟定并实施具体仓储物流解决方案，指导规范操作,确保其营运正常运转。

    

·Be good at compiling warehouse logistics management data and operation quality report to ensure accurate data.
善于汇总仓储物流管理数据和运营质量报告报表，确保数据精确。

    

·Responsible for warehouse logistics transportation, implement annual warehouse inventory to ensure the accounts matchthe items.
负责仓储物流运输，实施年度度库房盘点，确保帐实相符。

    

·Responsible for logistics cost accounting, control logistics cost; Expand Logistics Resources and rationalizeallocation of resources.
负责物流费用核算，控制物流成本；拓展物流资源，合理配置资源。

    

·Coordination of exception handling in logistics operations, business interface with other departments and daily communication work.

    

·物流运作中的异常处理协调，与其他部门的业务衔接与日常沟通工作。
·Coordinate related workof after-sale.

    

协调售后相关工作。

    

·Keep track of the logistics link to ensure delivery of goods safely andtimely.

    

及时追踪物流环节，保证货品安全及时送到。

    

·Defend interests of company and customers.
维护公司及客户利益。

    

·Administrative support to other offices and other matters assigned by the leader.

Qualificationsand Experiences

    

·Technical secondary school or above, major in logistics. More than 2 years working experience in logistics related field.

    

中专及以上学历，物流类相关专业。2年以上物流相关领域工作经验。
·Knowledge of national logistics operators, good logistics channels.

    

了解全国物流运营商，有良好的物流渠道。

    

·Familiar with warehouse logistics operation process and related standards, has professional operating skills in logistics transportation and warehousing, and has a strong customer service awareness.
熟悉仓储物流操作流程及相关标准规范，具有物流运输、仓储领域专业的操作技能，有很强的客服意识。

    

·Proficient in computer skill and SAP Logistics Module.
熟练操作办公软件和SAP系统物流模块。

    

·Detail oriented, patient and good interpersonal skills.

    

注重细节，耐心和良好的人际交往技巧。

    

·Good interpersonal and communication skills, good team player.

    

良好的沟通表达能力和学习能力，具有较强的团队合作精神。

    

·English or German is preferred.
掌握英语或德语者优先。
