Responsibilities:

1. Work with Retail team to implement the practical and appropriate training program to meet diversified training needs.

2. Facilitates training classes and learning forums on brand, product, and service to the store team.

3. Providing innovative proposal to elevate the training material.

4. Help to set up and maintain the whole training system.

5. Working closely with the retail team to ensure brands’ service at the consistent and high level.

6. Work with Retail manager to adapt and roll-out retail training concepts and projects.

7. Track & analyze Retail Training Requirements & In-store training activities.

8. Prepare the training reports, feedback and assessment.

9. Collaboration with HR for new staff orientation.

10.Evaluate Store Staffs performance by frequently store coaching.

11.Conduct onsite training and coaching for retail stores.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor Degree above, at least 6 years working experience in retail industry.

2.Self-Disciplined experience in developing training manual and building training system from scratch.

3.Solid experience in retail sales training is a must and experience in accessory / apparel is a plus.

4.Good interpersonal and communication skills, positive and open minded, willing to learn.

5.Shining and fashion appearance, passionate personality.

6.Retail selling or field coaching experience is preferred.

7.Strong written and verbal communication skills; Fluent in Mandarin and good command of spoken and written English.

8.Good computer skills (MS Office) required.

9.Can accept frequently travel.
