Job Summary

l Provide an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve METRO's operations.

l Bring a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management and controls.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Responsibility:

l Development and operation of audit digitalization, mainly including the establishment of audit platform and the digital-based audit projects to promote intelligent auditing.

- Establish a risk-oriented and data-driven audit framework and use it to carry out audit work, including store and headquarters operations.

- Build digital audit information platform, including internal working platform and audit interactive platform.

- Development and maintenance of business risk statements and risk warning systems.

- Conduct high-frequency off-site audit activities on stores/HQ through the audit platform to find and communicate risks efficiently.

- Conduct on-site audit activities as required, it related to HQ functions, stores, distribution centers etc., mainly in the area of operations, finance, offer management and administration..

l Follow up the previous audit findings.

l Conduct investigation activities based on the request.

l Act as a consultant(risk control- oriented) to optimize the standard operating procedure.

l Communicate audit findings with clients to strengthen internal controls as well as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

l Assist in developing and improving the audit programs, tools, approaches.

l Other tasks assigned

l Complete the assigned work in time, stick to METRO Audit methodology.

l Perform qualified audit project.

- Stick to the aligned schedule

- Sufficient risk assessment in audit preparation and fulfillment

- Complete and systematic working paper

- Sufficient evidence for audit findings

- Qualified audit report

- Valuable and practical recommendations

- Timely follow-up

Qualifications

Education:

l College degree or above with major in Audit / Accounting / Economics/ Mathematics Statistics related.

Experience:

l More than 5 years of experience in auditing or compliance function. Previous experience in retail or E-commerce is a plus.

l

Skills and Competencies:

l Good work attitude, pursue excellence, behave proactively in working environment, have strong responsibility.

l Good knowledge about office software

l Good analytical ability and good in data / figures, familiar with SQL/Hive/Tableau is best.

l Good communication skills with internal and external

l Good executor and team player

l Willing to change and work under pressure

l Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin

l Be willing to travel domestics.
