RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       PnL responsibility for ETCV China

·       Developing sustainable business plan for ETCV China

·       Trading and executing DCE

·       Marketing CNF container products such as corn, soybeans (gm and non gmo), sunflower meal, barley, wheat

·       Marketing of bulk products cnf (barley, wheat, sorghum)

·       Exploration of local trading opportunities in grains and oilseeds in the China market

·       Exploration of distribution programs for ETG

·       Market analysis and information gathering for ETG group

·       SND analysis

1.       Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build relations, nurture them and have ability to create a win-win business for company and buyers in China. 

2.       Candidates must have a customer service orientation.

3.       Must have initiative, and be proactive in dealing with problems.

4.       Confidence, flexibility and self-control.

5.       Ability to work independently and have a high degree of responsibility and accountability.

6.       Willingness to travel.

 

 

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS: ？

1.       Diploma: Bachelor Degree or MBA in sales/marketing/international business. 

2.       Language Skills: English is a must, both written and oral.

3.       Key attribute: Person should be an extrovert, can talk, socialise & have a pleasing personality. To build relationships the Chinese way is a must for this role.

4.       7-10 years experience in the grains and oilseeds industry.
