POSITION SUMMARY 
Purpose
 
The development of new business in the new region is crucial to the development of the West and North regions! These new businesses include the development of existing businesses in new regions, the development of potential businesses in new channels, and quality acquisition opportunities.
 
Nature and Scope
 
70% times spent on the visiting new business opportunities and 30% will execute all kinds of office action as below.
 
  • Lead the existing sales team to develop online B2B business by means of Internet platform;
  • Use various resources to establish B2B business platform, such as Alibaba platform;
  • Visit local ASU and PG Plant to seek high quality M&A opportunities;
  • Contact the local chemical industry park to find opportunities for new gas plants;
  • Assist sales team to make local area development plan;
  • Cooperate with operation team and GR team to establish relationship with local government and prepare to set up new factory;
  • Actively contact and set up the management committee resources of various industrial parks, establish customer resource network, and seek for more high-quality customer resource clues;
  • Actively cooperate with the business director to achieve the personal turnover target, such as the annual turnover growth target of e-commerce platform;
  • In cooperation with distributors around North and West, develop distributors helium and SG business to achieve annual personal sales revenue targets.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
This position is accountable for the following:
 
  • Visit no less than 10 important project every week, submit the visit report every day, submit the work plan every week;
  • Develop the E-business and execute the target according to the annual plan;
  • Lead the team to develop e-commerce business and expand the sales of SG in e-commerce platform, achieve revenue target at least 2million RMB per year;
  • Analyze and screen at least 3 suitable M&A every month, Complete 3 acquisition & new construction projects that meet the company's requirements every year ;
  • In the process of visiting local distributors, develop at least one SG customer per month, with annual revenue target of not less than 1.95 million RMB per year ;
  • Set up local industrial park resource network, collect customer distribution and information industry analysis of two industrial parks effectively every month ;
  • Actively cooperated with GR, operation and sales team, established good cooperation relationship with local government, specified development plan, and successfully put the new factory into operation during the acquisition and new construction;
  • Work with Marketing/Sales Department to make the whole product line development/Sales plan for each city
  • Other works and projects assigned by supervisors or company.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
  1. Education
    1. College degree or University education (in business or technical area preferred) an engineering, finance, marketing and/or management discipline.  MBA degree is preferred.
  2. Work Experience
    1. At least 5 years of progressive commercial experience to handle the customer face to face.
       
  3. Skills
    1. Sales, commercial, and negotiation skills. Strong negotiation skill is a plus.
    2. Have good market and data analysis ability, have certain strategic development vision
  4. Qualities
    1. Having influencing skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities.  Concise, strong, mature, and flexible.
    2. Is flexible to handle different scenario and can adapt to change.
    3. Integrity – act with integrity and in accordance with company ethics. Ability to confront behavior not consistent with company values. Honors commitments.
    4. Problem solving and decision-making skills – decisions that reflect thorough evaluation of needs, goals, facts, etc.,
    5. Strong negotiation skill and can handle the pressure and stress when facing tough customers.
    6. Result focused – demonstrate ability to reach goals, accountability for results, demonstrated ability to manage through company network, assertive, clear notions of efficiency.
    7. Willing to take accountability and desire to work and walk for extra miles.
