Working closely with outside sales, marketing and engineering, you will help bring your customers next big project to life by supporting their product and inventory needs.
About the role
As Inside Sales Admin at Future Electronics, you will promote our Company's products to satisfy customer's needs and contribute to achievement of Company's sales and revenue target.
What you’ll do (responsibilities)
- To help branch process sample requests through CRM with necessary information provided by sales (including follow up and status updates until sample received).
- To help sales to fill in Failure Analysis (Quality issues) forms with necessary information provided by sales. After failure sample sent to suppliers, help to follow up with internal Quality Process Department to get the final report.
- To help account creation and modification through CRM with necessary information provided by sales.
- End – Consignee Statement update with necessary information provided by sales.
- NCNR – Help sales to generate the form from system and upload once signed by sales and customer. Also help to follow up with backlog team to revoke reject due to NCNR reason.
- Help sales to update E-Solution Cross reference file with part list and account details provided from sales.
- PO confirmation –Process per individual customer's request/format within 48 hours and highlight any discrepancy to sales.
- Service customer's Supply Win Portal per sales request within due date.
- Upload Product Change Notifications to customer portals.
- Chemical Compliance submission and follow-up with North America Head Office to support customer's requirement.
- Help sales to track and follow-up on Credit and Rebill approvals with respective marketing business unit.
- Help sales with lead time updates requested by customer.
- Assist with sales branch general administrative work when necessary.
What you'll need (qualifications)
- College education or above.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a sales/customer service function.
· Experience within electronics distribution or electronics manufacturing industry considered an asset.
- Result-oriented, team player, good negotiation abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to multinational culture.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
