职位描述
Title: Junior Sourcing Consultant
Reports to: Senior Consultant
Location: Shanghai, China
职位描述：
1、 为新产品项目寻找、开发，审核供应商；
2、 发展新供应商，负责参与议价、采购条款和技术要求的谈判；
3、 对供应商进行资质分析，包括价格比对、质量比对、信用分析、交货及生产能力分析，向上级作出书面评估报告，并提出建议措施；
4、及时跟踪样品直至样品批准
5、 对供应商报价进行分析及市场调查，确保公司成本控制；
6、 建立并维护与供应商间的良好合作关系；
7、 负责供应商的现场考察、考评工作；
8、及时更新维护和管理ERP系统中采购基础数据及文档
9、了解 ISO9001 , IATF16949体系或 VDA 6.3
10、部门内分派的其他工作，完成上级交办的其他工作。
职位要求：
1、大专及以上（机械、工业自动化等相关专业背景尤佳）
2、3年以上机械行业采购类工作经验，2年以上工业行业供应商开发相关工作经验，熟悉机加工、铸件、钣金，注塑，模具、铝挤压、铝压铸等工艺（外资企业工作经验尤佳）、成本, 能读懂图纸以及成本分析
3、 熟悉机械制造类产品的生产成本分析，了解供应商开发和产品开发的知识；
4、 熟悉供应商评估流程方面的知识，精通和供应商的价格谈判和关系管理；并有较强的谈判技巧,具备沟通、协调能力，有敏锐的洞察力和分析能力；
5、 熟悉MS-Office等软件操作；
6、 英语简单听说读写；
7、 有较强的工作责任感和事业心，工作态度认真积极，能吃苦耐劳，有良好的团队合作精神，能适应经常出差。
