• Information Protected- Strictly implement the company's information protection policy in operation 
• Business Knowledge- Master the policy on China IIT calculation; familiar with accounting treatment on payroll related, e.g. payroll accrual, compensation accrual, etc.
• Customer Focus- Answer queries from employees via hotline or public email box regarding to payroll and IIT calculation matters
• Process Payroll Calculation and Payment Distribution- Co-work with HR teams for China employee payroll calculation, payroll payment and equity payment processing
• Monthly IIT Filling- Prepare the IIT report on monthly basis to support on IIT filling.
• Monthly Book Closure- Independently handles month end and annual activities on PRC Payroll accounting, including but not limit to process accounting journal entries to ensure integrity financial transactions are properly accounted
• Monthly Reconciliations- Reconcile relevant accounts according to Gov 1.01&1.02, follow up issues with HRs and other corresponding teams. Follow up on open reconciliations items and update management of aged recon items.
• Audit Support- Support on internal audit from CACD and external audit from different local tax authorities across China.
• Tax Filling Support- Information preparation for annual tax filing
• System Knowledge- Skilled in using payroll system HR Plus and familiar with SAP.

Required Qualifications:

• Desired experience- 1-3 years equivalent experience in accounting.    

• Or university graduate in accounting / finance with 4+ years’ experience.
