1. 与生产准备部的其他员工共同合作，定期向部门主管领导汇报工作

2. 协助项目组完成新项目的设备及产线的布局规划

3. 主导量产设备的技术方案制定，同潜在供应商进行技术交流，协助项目组甄选合适的供应商；

4. 主导工艺流程图的制定，协助TQP制定控制计划和PFEMA；

5. 负责样件试制及量产刀具的选取，同刀具供应商一起确定最终刀具方案；

6. 负责夹具的设计或评审；

7.  执行新项目运行（负责设备启动及过程可靠性），负责SOP后工艺文件的更新，如过程流程图和PFMEA、控制计划及相应的作业指导书；

8.  负责新设备的验收及交付；

9.   协调生产准备部文件汇编，制定详细计划和有效的工作条款

10.  负责生产现场工艺、工装、刀具的持续改进，参与异常情况的原因分析。协助生产经理对刀具外包商的管理。

11.  根据（领导层）的决策草案，制定用于确定单一和整体工艺

12.  以合适的形式（标准化）制定、维护、存档和改善数控程序，对生产流程计划，节拍等负责

13.   采购过程的技术支持

14.  执行从项目到生产部门的一个有结构的交接过程，包括所有对生产部（TMF）的必要培训

15.  在顾及技术运作的同时，去主持和视化这个过程，并联合合作伙伴，咨询人和供应商（例如特别的刀具、夹具），对一个持续优化的流程负责；

16.  需要时协助生产部工艺组主管协调生产；

任职资格：

·   机械、自动化、生产制造、设备维护等相关专业的大专及以上学历

·   具备切削基本知识

·   具备刀具技术基本知识

·   具备质量要求基本知识， 如APQP，FEMA， SPC， MSA， PPAP，控制计划等

·   能够读懂技术图纸

·   具备数控机床控制的基础知识（Siemens 840D）

·   具备测量基本知识（测量-和检测方法及测量机器）

·   具备对加工产品全工序规划的能力（如：机加，清洗，打码，组装， 测漏和终检等），

·   至少5年相关行业工作经验

·    具备团队合作的精神；

·   英语能基本听说读写，基本满足工作中的技术交流
