About the role:

    

• Professional Analyst in Research department in South China
• Working location is Guangzhou

What this job involves:

    

• Write English/Chinese topical research papers, particular on Greater Bay Area topics
• Participate in Asia Pacific Regional and Global research initiatives and contribute as required
• Write English/Chinese reports for designated property sector(s), based on discussions with colleagues as well as on data provided
• Provide required supports to Research team’s external consultancy projects and internal research activities
• Edit reports whenever necessary
• Participate in property sector research, including data collection, data analysis, market trend forecast or presentation
• 撰写中英文主题研究报告，尤其是粤港澳大湾区相关主题的研究报告
• 参与亚太区及全球的研究企划并给予相应的研究支持
• 撰写指定地产板块的中英文市场报告，充分利用相关同事提供的数据并与相关同事进行深入讨论以提高报告质量
• 为研究部的咨询项目和研究活动提供所需的支持
• 视情况需要，参与报告编辑与润色
• 参与地产板块研究的部分环节，包括数据搜集、数据分析、市场趋势预测与研究成果汇报

    

Sound like you? To apply you will have:

Related working experience not necessary, but working experience in macroeconomic analysis and consultancy will be preferred; knowledge on urban planning, GIS and real estate will be a plus

Outstanding English and Chinese writing, communication and presentation skills

Strong at execution under instructions and directions

Bachelor and master degrees from prestigious oversea universities; or a bachelor degree from prestigious Chinese universities plus a master degree from prestigious oversea universities

Great attention to details and strong sense of responsibility; Able to work efficiently and independently to deadlines

Good working knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Quick learner and team player

对相关工作经验没有要求，但拥有宏观经济分析与咨询行业工作经验者优先；具备城市规划、地理信息系统和房地产相关知识者有加分

出色的中英文写作、沟通、演讲能力

能够高效执行所给予的指示和建议

硕士以上学历，有海外留学经验者优先考虑

工作认真，对细节重视，有强烈的责任感；能够在规定时间内独立且有效率地完成工作任务

熟练使用MS Excel, Powerpoint和Word

出色的跨部门协作沟通能力和人际交往能力
