1. Arrange booking with carrier and follow up with the booking instructions from overseas or sales team. 

2. Input operation system according to company SOP/KPI .  

3. Make arrangement per SOP from picking up /export clearance/pre-alert sending /tracing/job close/payment collection.  

4. Provide high quality service to our customer and keep customer satisfaction, timely feedback is important.   

5. Follow up the destination part including import custom clearance & the delivery for those shpts which are under DAP/DDP term. 

6. Provide railway solutions according to customer/sales team's need. 

7. Liaise/coordinate with carriers to solve problems or emergencies.  

8. Ensure cost control.

9. Good communication skill with both overseas colleagues and local suppliers.

Job Requirements:

- College degree or above.

- Good oral and written skills in English,CET-4

- Good PC skills

- Above 2-5 year experience of railway transportation in priority (sea-freight or air-freight  relative experience is also considered). 

- logistics to be preferred.

- Global company experience will be preferred. 

- Self-motivated, team-work, can work under pressure.
