Key Responsibilities

• Work with the functional team to ensure proper operation to meet customer requirement. 
• Request the special rate with carriers to save cost or negotiate the long terms rate, like BSA/SBA etc.
• Monitor daily operation procedure of Air Export/Import raise up any improvement suggestion. 
• Develop a high performance service culture within the team. 
• Plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective functional team. 
• Make sure Vendor could arrange shpt process with Agreed Customer SOP, and keep monitoring the vendor’s performance Proper cooperation with internal relation departments to smooth working. 
• Other duties as assigned.             

• Bachelor Degree     
• 5-7 years Airfreight experience, like, air export operation, gateway experience, sound relationship with airlines
• Mandarin, Cantonese, English language proficiency 
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
