Sales Engineer 销售工程师

General Job Purpose: Performing sales for complex hard-software solutions to the local automotive industries

Role and Responsibilities 角色和职责

1. Responsible for Technical and commercial translations.

2. Follow up with costumers regarding contract details.

3. Support system sales (HW, SW and services) 系统销售（硬件，软件和服务）

4. Responsible for presentations, customer consulting, technical and commercial quotations as well as technical and commercial negotiations with customer 可以给客户做PPT展示，咨询，技术和商务报价，可以和客户进行技术和商务谈判

5. Visit customer on regularly basis 周期性拜访客户

6. Follow up product trainings in Germany and China 接受在中国和德国的产品培训

7. Observe and analyze current market. 市场观察和分析

8. Develop costumer specific solutions based on standard technical solutions 在标准技术解决方案基础上给客户提供开发定制方案

Qualifications and Education Requirements 资质及教育背景要求

1. Technical education as electrical engineer, software or computer engineer 工科，理科，电子电器，工业自动化，计算机软件专业，汽车电子电器专业，优先考虑

2. Good understanding of processes in automotive industry 汽车行业有经验，优先考虑

3. Technical understanding of data driven software solutions 有数据方面软件背景优先考虑

4. Knowledge about car electronics 有汽车电子电器经验优先考虑

5. Problem solving skills 需要问题解决技巧

6. Good communication skills 需要良好沟通技巧

7. Persuasive character 有说服力的性格

8. Adequate self-presentation足够的自我表现力

9. Language skills: English (minimum CET4) 英语4级，基本读写能力

10. Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.熟练使用MS office

11. Acceptance of frequent travel within China and South East Asia 可以频繁出差
