Tektronix is searching for a strong Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. We are seeking a creative, production driven, out of the box thinker that has a proven track record in the recruiting and hiring top talent preferably in a high tech environment. You would have the opportunity to work with Business Leaders throughout Asia Pacific region as a proactive talent identifier, recruiter, negotiator and closer.

    

    

You will be working in a fast-paced environment playing a critical role in helping build out processes, capabilities and the overall team strategy. Partnering with industry luminaries, you’ll help drive and influence the talent pipeline across the organization.

    

    

Responsibilities:

    

  • Create and implement a sourcing strategy for the business to meet current talent acquisition needs and build a pipeline for future roles ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and speed.
  • Execute the talent acquisition process end to end while effectively utilizing the process, systems and tools (full life cycle recruiting).
  • Conduct in-depth intake meetings with leaders to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education.
  • Identify the best online sourcing channels for different candidate segments.
  • Ability to leverage the latest and greatest technologies to locate, engage, and attract prospective candidates.
  • Build university relations (UR) strategy and deliver the needed internship, campus and MBA hires in alignment with Tektronix’s university relations standards and strategy.
  • Identify the top-performing passive employees at our top competitors and leverage our strategic value proposition to gain interest.
  • Proactively cold call passive candidates and articulate Tektronix History and Culture to create a compelling story and gain candidate interest.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates under active consideration for assigned requisitions by providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal & external candidates.
  • Organize targeted outreach events in the industry and on-site.
  • Assess applicant/candidate quality, skills, and fit to identify the best candidate for a position.
  • Maintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruiting process.

    


Qualifications:

    

  • 6 or more years of technical recruitment experience in a high-tech environment.
  • 6 or more years of experience in full cycle recruiting.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting and hiring top talent preferably in a high tech environment
  • Ability to influence hiring managers’ decisions by providing value-adding recruiting-related advice.
  • Ability to comprehensively understand the business strategy and connect it to a talent strategy.
  • Capacity to anticipate future talent needs of the organization and build a steady stream of prospective talent.
  • Deep knowledge of the labor market(s) and talent pools.
  • Strong problem solving abilities and consensus building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workload based on business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate successfully in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong functionality of Applicant Tracking Systems or Hiring Management Systems (Taleo a plus).
  • Superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills, including proficiency in cold-calling.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environment, with a commitment to collaborative work, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to interface well with candidates and employees at all levels.
  • Intuitive, critical listening skills.
  • Strong computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
