1、负责相关行业的市场调研、分析竞争对手的产品及营销方案； 

2、负责根据公司目标人群特征，确立营销定位及产品策划方向；

3、负责对公司相关产品进行设计与包装，制定营销策略，策划相应的营销产品，吸引目标客户，促进销售业绩增长；

4、设计与客户关怀相关的产品，提升用户忠诚度；

5、维持好外部推广渠道或合作伙伴，建立良好的业务合作关系，配合沟通合作细节及费用问题，制定合作方案；

6、对各种营销方案执行的转化率等核心指标进行及时的数据统计与分析，找出问题或机会点，不断优化营销方案，不断提升产品服务及用户体验度；

7、负责产品营销团队的管理、绩效考核及各项具体工作的安排执行。

岗位要求：

1、营销相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上高层管理经验；5年以上营销管理工作经验 ；

2、有丰富的市场营销策划经验，熟悉消化领域医疗器械，或早癌筛查、诊断领域有一定了解的优先考虑；

3、具有高度的责任心和敬业精神，较强的业务管理素质，团队管理能力，组织协调、沟通能力， 能承受较大的工作压力；

4、熟悉客户培训及员工产品管理、产品推介、产品招投标、产品风险管理；

5、 熟悉销售团队组织、激励和管理；

6、 具有外联能力、管理能力、危机管控能力和文案策划书写能力； 熟练使用办公软件；

7、能适应国内出差；

    公司成立于2003年1月22日，是一家位于杭州西湖区的医疗设备公司。当前专向天津、甘肃、山西和浙江四省市的医院推广以深圳海得威碳14幽门螺杆菌测试仪、碳13呼气试验测试仪及德国菲舍尔碳13呼吸测定分析仪为主的设备及耗材，年营业额3.5个多亿 。

Established on 22 Jan, 2003, Hangzhou Wu Zhou Medical Equipment Co. Ltd. (WZM) is a medical engineering limited company located in the Western Lake District of Hangzhou. At present, we mainly focus on promoting C-13 and C-14 Hp breath testers from Shenzhen Headway, C-13 breath testers from Germany Fisher and consumables to hospitals and clinics within the four provinces which are Tianjin, Shanxi, Gansu and Zhejiang, which combines to contribute an annual turnover exceeding 100million CNY by end of the 2015 fiscal year.

    Up to this date, WZM has established long-term cooperative relationships with almost 1000 medical institutions in China and gained a good reputation within the industry, which helps bring a win-win prospect by complementary advantages.
