Requirements/任职要求:

• College degree or the above in Engineering or related specialty 工程及相关专业大专以上学历；
• Familiar with quality management system 熟悉质量管理体系；
• Professional experience in production process and application of one of products groups: fasteners, tools, construction parts, Auto parts (Chemical) 熟悉以下产品之一的生产流程和应用：紧固件、工具、 建筑五金件、 汽修（化工）用品；
• A minimum of 3 years related working experience in related company 至少3年以上在同类公司相关工作的经验；
• Can read Chinese and English technical drawings and related specifications and standards 能阅读中英文机械制图方或标准；
• Be professional in using measurement tools and equipment 熟练使用检测测量工具及设备；
• Can travel on business trip to supplier or customer sites 能适应至供应商或客户处出差；
• Good at written and oral English 英语书面语及口语良好；
• ISO and EHS knowledge ISO & 环境和职业健康安全管理方面的知识；

• Good communication and coordination skills 良好的沟通协调能力；

• Patient and careful 细致耐心；

• Strong sense of responsibility 责任心强；

• Honest, reliable 诚实、可信赖；

• Good health condition 身体健康。

Functional area/职责:

• Representative of quality department for communication with customers and related suppliers 代表质量部门与客户及相关供应商在技术的角度进行沟通；
• Technically review customers complains from suppliers and verify the rationality, trace out the root cause of problems within the wholes suppliers chain, including suppliers, work out technical solutions for customers including necessary documents like 8D when necessary 验证客户投诉的合理性，并在整个供应链（包括供应商处）中追溯发生问题的根本原因，在技术角度给出解决方案，并在必要时递交纠正预防措施报告给客户（如8D）；
• Handle customers’ complaint and provide the efficiency and qualified report including internal preventive and corrective action report to the related departments according to the requirements of company 处理客户投诉、按照公司的要求提交有效及高质量的报告包括内部流程中的纠正预防措施报告给相关部门；
• Coordinate the related departments to solve the quality problem, if necessary, go on business trip to supplier or customer side协调相关部门解决质量问题，如有必要，需出差至供应商或客户处解决；
• Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行；
• Compliance to ISO9001-2008, ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS18001:2007遵照ISO9001-2008质量管理体系, ISO14001:2004环境管理体系 & OHSAS18001:2007职业健康安全管理体系；
• Other works assigned by company 公司分派的其他工作。
