The Job

l   Responsible to make mechanical design for the safety glass production lines. Possibly visit customer for special and case by case needs.

l   Develop new products and derivative of existing products, project design for customer’s requirement. 

l   Support localization to reduce cost by check performance parameter & dimension for local mechanical component and update drawings for change.

l   Support production and quality improvement by solve mechanical issues according to the feedback from manufacture and installation.

l   Establish customer project mechanical part lists (BOMs) in the ERP system

l   Develops the designing practices together with the company global team.

The Incumbent

l   Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design or machining, strong knowledge about various machining processes and materials.

l   Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical design of industry machinery.

l   Be good at calculation including drive, hydraulic, pneumatic system and stress, deformation, life analysis.

l   Knowledge of related international designing standards AISI, DIN, ISO. Specially transfer to GB standard

l   Master 3D Solid works design and drawing, familiar with AutoCAD

l   An honest and reliable person with the ability to work in a team

l   Proficient in written and oral English.
