 1、 WIRE工序设备的维修；

    

2、 WIRE工序设备的保养；

    

3、 制定WIRE工序设备的保养手册，根据保养手册指导生产部指定人员需完成的日常保养部分，根据保养手册完整技术部需要完成的保养部分；

    

4、 根据产品情况，工艺要求对设备进行简单的小修改升级以适应生产需要。

    

5、 遵守公司相关体系、规范、流程要求

    

任职资格：在半导体封测工厂3年以上工作经历，熟悉半导体封装工艺及Wire Bond设备和生产工艺技术。 有ESEC和ASM 的操作经验为佳。有智能卡模块封测经验优先。熟练运用office 软件，英语读写流利。
