1、产线每日异常不良分析：

1）生产过程中的不良进行分析，包括ERP数据，现场外观确认，外部试验方案的制定和结果照片分析整理，并最终整理出分析报告。

2）针对不良分析结果，推动生产部和技术部进行工艺改善。

2、外部客诉不良品的分析，8D报告的编写（中文报告和英文报告)。客诉进程整理和汇总。

3、参加相关客户及供应商的质量正式会议和其他沟通

4、ISO质量管理系统，产品认证：

1）搭建公司质量管理体系；

2）推动内审，开具不符合项；

3）追踪并落实不符合项的纠正及预防措施

4）第三方审核（ISO，CQM等）

5、第三方实验室考核、沟通及管理。

6、其他

1）迎接客户现场审核确认，和客户做到沟通有效。

2）参与客户审核报告的收集和编写。

岗位要求：

1. 有芯片或汽车行业经验优先考虑；

2. 英语口语熟练；

3. 熟悉APQP，PPAP，FMEA，MSA，SPC等质量管理工具。
