RESPONSIBILITIES:

    

    

• Primarily responsible raw-material, finish goods and equipment for import and export activities regarding customs clearance 主要负责原材料，成品和设备的报关业务 
• Be responsible for customs &CIQ related certificate application and management. 负责海关和商检相关证书的申请和管理。
• Duty- exempted equipment management. 免税设备管理。
• Supervise the activities for inbound and outbound document preparation and customs clearance follow up.  监督进出境文件的准备和清关工作。
• Coordinate / supervise the shipping delivery information with logistics team.  与物流团队协调/监督发货信息。
• Review and check the billing& payment to the brokers 审核和核对给经纪人的账单和付款
• Customs platform systems maintenance 海关平台系统维护
• Supervise importing duty payment (broker advance payment & EDI payment)  监管进口关税的支付(经纪商预付款及电子数据交换付款)
• TAX payment request to FIN. Department.  向财务部提出纳税申请。
• Coordinate others related customs activities 协调其他相关海关活动
• Be responsible for all document preparation and filing 负责所有文件的准备和归档
• Timely documents collection and pass to Finance 及时收集并移交给财务部
• Systematically keep file properly 系统地妥善保存档案
• Manager 3rd party custom clearance, warehouse and logistical service provider relationship负责管理第3方仓储物流和报关代理
• On site Report high risk compliance issue to department manager & risk manager在线向部门经理和风险管理经理汇报高风险合规问题

EDUCATION 

    

• Bachelor Degree / Full Basic Professional 

    

    

• Major in international trade or relationship prefer

    

    

    

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

    

    

    

• 3 years in electrical or electronic manufacture industrial relate experience.

    

    

• Fluent in English oral and write both

    

    

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    

    

• Self-starter and teamwork is required.

    

    

• Independent, self-motivator with a technical, commercial mind set.

    

    

• High ethical standards, an open-minded approach, a hands-on mentality
